This year, we commissioned a reserve study that we through Accurate Reserve Professionals (www.accuratereserves.com). The purpose of the study is to help to ensure that we have the funds available for major repair and replacement expenses to our infrastructure, avoiding the need for special capital assessments in the future. Ther performed a comprehensive (on-site) study this year and will follow up with incremental updates over a 3 year period. In addition to the members of the WLYH BOD, thanks to Lee Wyman and Mike Plympton for helping us with the review.
