We have updated the WLYH Rules and Regulations effective May 1, 2026.
The changes were approved by the WLYH Board of Directors on April 14, 2026 and approved by the WA Airstream Club Board of Trustees on April 21, 2026. You can find the new rules and collection policy on the Documents page in the member portal.
The following rule was added:
5.2.4. Adding Lessees to a Lease
Spouses, domestic partners or immediate family members who wish to be added to a lease must meet the lease qualifications for acquiring a lease, submit an application, and upon approval, pay the lease assignment fee (the lease service fee is waived). A septic inspection and lot inspection are not required. The most current ninety nine-year lease will be used in all cases. If a lessee has two leases, the new lessee must be added to both leases. In this case, only a single lease assignment fee will be charged.
The following rule was modified:
4.9.3 Guest Vehicles
Guests may keep at most one vehicle (or one travel trailer with tow vehicle) parked on a lessee’s primary or secondary lot during their stay. Guest vehicles must not cause the lessee to exceed the maximum number of vehicles allowed (see Number of Vehicles on a Lot). Guests may stay in their Airstream or non-Airstream RVs on a lessee’s primary or secondary lot with permission of the lessee. Parking of non-Airstream RVs by guests is limited to two (2) continuous weeks during a single stay at a time and not more than four (4) weeks during a calendar year. Lessees must be in residence in the WLYH for the duration of a guest’s stay. Guests must provide a copy of their RV registration to the RAC (via email or in person left at the Gatehouse) at the beginning of their stay.
