In response to inquiries at the August 20th Board of Directors meeting regarding the Capital Assessment and subsequent follow-ups, the BOD Executive Committee met with our attorney on August 28th, 2024 to discuss the feedback and address the concerns that have been presented.
The WLYH BOD has heard your concerns and will provide a statement from our attorney within two business weeks after our call with him. This statement will be available on the wlyhpark.com portal for review.
