The new Terraport Pavilions are a great new amenity for club events, Terraport guests, and Harbor residents. The Board of Directors has established a new policy around shared (see below) use that ensures that they are available equally to everyone who wants to use them. In addition, if a club member would like to have exclusive use of the pavilions for an organized event, they may rent them at an hourly charge.
6.1.4. Unscheduled Use of Terraport Pavilions
When the Terraport Pavilions are not reserved for a scheduled event, they are available at no charge for shared use by Club members and Terraport guests. To ensure the pavilions remain available for everyone’s enjoyment, unscheduled use must not include actions that interfere with shared access, such as rearranging picnic tables or using all of the counter space. All users are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pavilions, including the wash sinks. Leaving the pavilions in disarray will lead to the loss of future usage rights.
