Housekeeping and Capital Assessment Transition to VIS Group

Beginning October 1, 2025, VIS Group will be taking over the handling of all invoices and payments for housekeeping and capital assessment fees for the Washington Land Yacht Harbor.

Similar to the service offered directly through WLYH, VIS offers a convenient way to make your payments through ACH direct payments. Enrolling in ACH provides several benefits:

  • No processing fees
  • Automatic updates to reflect annual rate changes
  • Convenient rollover – no need to re-enroll each year
  • No bank delays – payments are processed quickly and securely
  • Flexible payment options – you may adjust the amount or percentage withdrawn at any time

ACH ensures your payments are always on time and hassle-free, while giving you flexibility to manage how your payments are withdrawn.

Please note:

  • Even if you have established monthly ACH payments directly through the WLYH, you will need to sign up with VIS Group if you wish to continue with ACH payments.
  • If you pay annually or semi-annually, nothing will be withdrawn on a monthly basis, as your account will only process payments when a payment is due.
  • Any late fees or fines will not be automatically processed. These must be paid separately, either by check or with a one-time written authorization for ACH withdrawal.
  • For those previously scheduled for WLYH ACH withdrawals on the 15th or 30th, the first ACH withdrawal through VIS will occur on November 1st.
  • If you are NOT on ACH, you will be sent an invoice to make a payment.

If you would like to enroll, please complete the attached ACH form or pick up a form at the WLYH gatehouse and submit it to info@vismanagement.com by September 25th, to ensure processing by October 1st.
