You can fill out this form and return it to the Gatehouse with your deposit and rental fee. Blank forms are also available at the Gatehouse. Your event will then be reserved on the calendar. Once the event is complete, your deposit will be returned if there is no damage or required cleaning fee.
Since the beginning of the WLYH in 2009, it has always been a policy for members to be charged for reserving Harmony Hall, with the exception of member memorials. This is in line with the fact that the Washington Airstream Club pays for their use of the facilities.

The WLYH sponsors a free weekly Community Coffee event in Harmony Hall each Saturday except when there is 1) a club event 2) a private all-day event 3) the annual Regional or International rallies.
Yes, all regularly scheduled activities on the official event calendar will continue as they have in the past. Any changes to regularly scheduled events is at the discretion of the board.
Yes, if Harmony Hall is not reserved, it is available at no charge for shared use by Club members and Terraport guests. You can access the Hall using the provided electronic door code. To ensure the space remains available for everyone’s enjoyment, your use must not include actions that interfere with shared access, such as rearranging furniture, playing loud music, or using the video projector. All users are responsible for maintaining the Hall’s cleanliness.
Yes, members are welcome to use the space in the hall for upcoming Washington Airstream Club activities. As long as your use doesn’t interfere with the ability of other club members to use the space, you are welcome to work on your decorations for the rally.
Yes, unless the Hall is reserved, it is open for multiple types of activities. Please be considerate of the card players and keep any music at a moderate volume.
