We have an updated reserve study prepared by our reserve study company, Accurate Reserve Professionals (www.accuratereserves.com). The purpose of the study is to help to ensure that we have the funds available for major repair and replacement expenses to our infrastructure, avoiding the need for special assessments in the future. As they performed a site visit last year, this year was an incremental updates from the last study.
