To the Washington Land Yacht Harbor Leaseholder Community:
In response to inquiries at the August 20th, 2024 Board of Directors meeting regarding the FY25 Capital Assessment and a subsequent petition received by the BOD on August 26th, 2024, the BOD Executive Committee met with our attorney on August 28th, 2024 to discuss the feedback and address the concerns that have been presented.
Our attorney has provided a response that we have posted below for review.
Payments for FY25 Capital Assessments are due on September 30, 2024 and can be paid online, by mail, or at the WYLH Gatehouse. Late fees will be applied to lessees who do not pay by the due date.
